The juxtaposition of different ideas / images of the city appears to be an unresolved sedimentation of fragmentary and unfinished spaces, not as a historical stratification.
HYPER.
A project that amplifies the vocation of the different public spaces, enhancing their character; Pikk Street and Vaasa Park as central elements that move the project.
