Respecting a place doesn't mean imitating its past.
A home for a family living between different places, who wanted a space where they could come together.
The project begins with what the house already has: its masonry walls, vaulted ceilings, the sequence of rooms and the character shaped over time.
The original structure remains recognisable; the new elements are added without pretending to be old. Materials and design choices belong to the place without turning tradition into folklore.
