Every project begins with an encounter between the people who will live in the home and the qualities of the existing space.
There is no single solution to repeat, but different choices shaped by different needs, places and ways of living.

Two apartments, one home.
A family of five. Two adjacent apartments transformed into a single home, with no trace of the original separation.
The design redefines the relationships between spaces through fluid rooms and large, custom-designed furniture elements that organise different functions without dividing the home into separate areas.

Renovating doesn't mean changing everything.
An inherited home, with a layout that already worked and a new life still to be imagined.
The project preserves what is worth keeping and intervenes where necessary, transforming the home without erasing its history.

Respecting a place doesn't mean imitating its past.
A home for a family living between different places, who wanted a space where they could come together.
The original structure remains recognisable; the new elements are added without pretending to be old. Materials and design choices belong to the place without turning tradition into folklore.
Design begins before solutions take shape.
A home is not an abstract space.
It has its own history, its own light and proportions, things worth preserving and others that can be transformed. And there are the people who will live in it, with their habits, desires and different ways of imagining their lives.
Design emerges from the relationship between a home and the people who will live in it.
The choices of space, proportions, materials and details come together to create a coherent home that is easy to live in, where nothing is left to chance.
Every project begins with trust.
Trust is built through dialogue: listening to needs, understanding aspirations and exploring the possibilities of the project together. Through this exchange, it becomes natural to trust the architect's guidance when making decisions.
I personally oversee every project, from the first meeting through to completion. My role is to propose alternatives, explain the reasoning behind each decision and help clients understand its implications, even when this means questioning an initial idea to find a solution that is more coherent with the project as a whole.
My studio is based in Milan.
